The Worst Property in Glendale and Denver..

Any positive reviews you read are lies and wrote by employees.

If you do make the mistake to "live" at the trash pile, you will be greeted with Gun fights in the parking lots, drug deals at all times of day, right in front of the office (they must get kick backs). Drunk people hitting your car at night, at least 4 times, they will not offer or provide you security footage to help hold those accountable. Hard-core dog fights in the "dog park." Drunk people breaking into and Deficating in the pool. Your car Will get broken into.

You will never see the security company they say patrols the property, and it will take the cops an hour, even after a gun fight.

And after you have endured all of that,

They will steal your deposit after you give them more than a 60 day notice because their incompetent employees can't open 2 separate emails. They prey on the weak and raise rent to keep people poor and hope you can never afford to leave.

These people do not care about you or your safety.

It is up to the people to stop this disgusting company and employees

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. ONE OF THE WORST MISTAKES YOU WILL EVER MAKE

I took a tour at this property and I loved it! I recommend going with Karina the leasing agent she’s very helpful

This was my first apartment in CO as I came from out of state. Hugo the leasing agent was very helpful when I was getting settled in. He has been my guy from day one in getting any issues resolved fast and has made me feel welcomed here. The community is friendly and the workers get the job done when you need them.
