One of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor's office. Had an emergency while vacationing in the area and Justina squeezed me into their already full schedule. Jordan, the surgical assistant, was both welcoming and comforting. Truly some of the best customer service that I have experienced. To make matters even better, Dr. Heggland was incredible. Attentive and personable are just a few words I would use to describe him. Fixed my problem in a matter of minutes! Wish I lived in the area so I could go back and recommend them to others.

Went to Dr Heggland for a back molar removal. I’m a wuss when it comes to my teeth! Went to sleep with gas, woke up without a tooth. It was never swollen, took pain pills the first day, then I was great! Great experience . Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and pleasant!

I have been extremely pleased with the care and service I've received from Dr. Heggland and his excellent team. Living now nearly full-time in Grand County near Tabernash and hearing that I needed some oral surgery, I figured that I would just come to Denver for those procedures as in years past. However, with the retirement of my Denver oral surgeon and learning about Dr. Heggland in Frisco, I decided to stay up in the mountains for this work. That was definitely the right call. My procedure involved two extractions (leading to implants) - caddy-corner in my mouth with one on the upper left and the other on the lower-right. No fun. But the procedure was efficient and not that onerous. And as Dr. Heggland had predicted, the aftermath was more uncomfortable than painful. Nothing that I couldn't handle with some periodic Advil. To top it off, his staff and the entire operation are friendly and personable. With a minimum of paperwork and delay. Two teeth gone - but two thumbs up.

I recently had my last wisdom tooth extracted at Northwest OMS. I appreciated the clear communication of the staff before and after the surgery, and of Dr. Hegglund during the surgery. Highly recommend this practice if oral surgery is indicated.
