This shop cares about properly repairing vehicles and they do not allow the insurance company to dictate a lower standard of repair.

I sent several emails and stopped by once to see if I could get a quote for restoration of my K5 Blazer. Crickets, no one ever got back to me. I get it, if youre too busy to need or want the work, but at least be professional about communicating the same. In response to owner's response below - Got it. Despite being instructed on my initial reach out to email pictures, someone from your shop was unable to take a minute to respond to my email or multiple follow-ups (perhaps a suggestion that I should make an appointment might have been most appropriate??), because folks were simply too busy dealing with clients who are further along in the purchase process. Sounds like your shop has a bang-up approach for the treatment of potential customers and for building a pipeline of future business.

I would like to say I have not had any work done at this business but would like to bring some clarity to anyone listening to insurance companies, appraisers or agents. Insurance companies do not repair damaged vehicles nor are they tasked with the ability to following the proper safe repair method. Insurance companies only responsibility is to pay for the cost of repairing your damaged vehicle to its pre-damaged condition. Paulette seems to understand what her responsibilities are are takes the time to educate her clients and potential clients. Keep up the great service Paulette and for whoever reads this review, NEVER EVER make a decision by what the cost of repair is. I would encourage a potential client to get an estimate from Paulette and from someone else and compare the estimates. Then look at all the operations the other shop are not accounting for. Do not assume the other shop is performing those labor operations for free. NOBODY works for free. Compare the labor rates and do the math..that never makes up thousands of dollars. The difference is always the cheaper estimate by the insurance recommended shop is always doing the cheapest fastest repair utilizing unapproved and untested repairs with non approved junk yard knock off imitation parts. Choose wisely because the risk can be your 16 year old daughters life. Is that work $2,000-$10,000?
