      image The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude at both interactions (drop-off and pick-up). I dropped off multiple garments, one of which ($600 luxury brand item) was clearly marked as dry clean only, and they did a normal wash only. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't dry clean that kind of garment (even though I've had it dry cleaned before at other places) . Instead of contacting me, they took it upon themselves to do a normal wash/dry. I could have done that myself. Whether or not the garment is ruined or not remains to be seen. If it is, a claim will be made. Likely will not return again.
