I have used Fort Collins Veterinary Emergency Hospital for every dog injury that requires medical attention after hours. I have always been met with professionalism and honesty from each staff member. Most recently we worked with Brooke and she was fantastic!

My dog has been experiencing a few seizures for almost 2 years. They have been wonderful working with my dog through these traumatic episodes at any hour day or night. They always are thorough and let me know our options. They make sure to answer all of my questions and get back to me. When my dog seized again in the clinic they were incredibly responsive and got him what he needed. They have always been considerate of cost and I have called them and they have helped me over the phone on how I can treat him and if or when I should take him in if it gets more serious. I genuinely feel through their work that they truly care for the animals they treat and do it well. I would recommend anyone with a pet emergency to this place. I also would like to express my gratitude to every staff member that has aided me and my dog through these episodes as they have been incredible and kind. I thank you all for your help and support in caring for my pup.

My dog is my world, and today I had to take her to the ER because she was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea. They are keeping her overnight to monitor which is killing me as she'snever been away from home without me. However, the vet that just called me with an update let me know that one of the techs there thought my dog needed company so they are literally laying in the cage with her! I will never be able to express to them what that means to me!!

We had an exceptional experience at this clinic. The staff respected our cat and, even more importantly, our instincts about our cat. Kate was one of the nurses and she was extremely patient with him and listened when we told her how he liked to be treated. Our cat was admitted for a 24-hour stay, but the clinic let us take him home early when he still wasn't eating. I am so grateful to the vet, Michael Deogracias, for allowing us to follow our instincts before opting to give him a feeding tube. Dr. Deogracias was extremely receptive to our feedback and trusted our knowledge about our cat, which I think saved his life.
It's always a balancing act when treating a sick animal. On the one hand, the vet has training and expertise but on the other hand, the owner knows the quirks of their pet's behavior. This clinic's approach was respectful of that balance and combined their expertise with our instincts. We are so grateful to everyone at the clinic!
