UCHealth Urology Clinic - Harmony Campus

I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and patient advocacy from UC urology. The triage nurses not only had an attitude but were not helpful at all. A patient should not have to go to the ER multiple times for a 5 mm stone that will not pass and continue causing pain affecting daily life activities. I understand there is limited urology resource in that area but for the resources they do have, do better.

The urologist (Dr. Kick?) that’s not even the name of the doctor I was told I was seeing!!! I was allowed to see just told me to go home and take TYLENOL for my 5mm kidney stone. I was given zero advice as to fluid intake or output or what to expect. If I could punch this doctor in the throat or he could punch me in the throat instead of the less than one star care that I received, that would seem more fair. Prognosis from this doctor: Go FWord Yourself NO ONE CARES

I waited over an hour for the doctor I had to tell me there’s nothing else to do for my condition and see me for five minutes. I was furious waiting so long, as it seemed everything was disorganized. I only rated three stars because at least when Dr. Eddy saw me, he was straightforward and genuine.

Dr. Michael Lee is the best! He has been my doctor for several years and I trust him implicitly He is genuinely concerned for the welfare of his patients and takes a personal interest in them. He is competent, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I recommend Dr. Lee without reservation.

My experience with Dr Lee has been extremely positive. He's very friendly, happy to take the time to answer any questions, and always was a pleasure to see. Appointments were always on-time and I never felt rushed. Follow-up questions over the phone were always answered promptly and completely. Would definitely recommend him.
