He called other stores, had really creative solutions and a positive and helpful attitude. He truly cares about his clients and I am so grateful we went to Al’s. DO NOT RENT FROM AL'S. Due to Covid we had a standing reservation with them for seven suits for a wedding for almost two years. During that time the order was confirmed with us correctly multiple times. In spite of this, everything came in a full week later than we were promised, none of the suits had all the correct pieces, they arbitrarily changed the measurements the best man sent in resulting in him having to drive to Denver from Fort Collins the day before the wedding to buy a suit and miss our rehearsal. Throughout this nightmare process of driving back and forth, making phone calls, and standing around in the store for hours none of the employees showed any concern or remorse for their repeated screw ups. No one was wearing exactly what we had ordered and confirmed on the day of the wedding. We were offered a refund for the best man and a partial refund for the groom but not nearly enough to make things right. Terrible company. Do not use.
