        Ordered over the phone for an item to be shipped to me because it was sold out online and in nearby stores. This is the second time I’ve done this and both times were great! I’m not sure of the guys name I spoke to, but he was very nice and made it super simple!!!! Thank youuu!

        The staff at this location are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a tear in one of my favorite sweaters and they were able to get that fixed for me. I also had mentioned a couple other things I had on a couple of my other leggings and asked about fixing them. The woman, who I assume was the manager told me to bring them in when I came for my sweater and she’d help me out. The customer service was wonderful throughout this process, she even went above and beyond and removed some pilling from my sweater which was great. I’ve been buying from lulu for years but haven’t needed a repair before, it’s great to know how easy and painless the process is if I ever need another!
