Jim Moy has been our piano tech since about 2013 and I can't say enough good things about his work. Friendly, thorough, affordable, and extremely generous with his time and advice. On several occasions Jim has researched issues and reached out to manufacturers for parts. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our piano is in the best shape possible.

Jim does a phenomenal job, I just had my piano tuned earlier this week and it feels like a whole new instrument! He's very professional and he cares about his craft and his customers, I'll definitely be using Mr. Moy's services again in the future!
