        set up an account online for a business checking account. after a long review process was approved but not given any account information or username or anything. now the only way to get my information is by walking into a bank branch DURING A PANDEMIC. no other way with giving me my money back or telling my the basics of my account information any other way than walking into a space with other potentially sick people. don't sign up with this bank. they'll take your money online and refuse to give you any information about your account.
