Do you guys ever answer your phones??! You open at noon and low and behold from noon until 12:30 no answer when I call every time..

Was able to walk in and have my iPad screen repaired within a few hours. He did a good job on it and was very candid about their products (which ones would work with my older iPad and which ones wouldn’t.) He didn’t try to up sell me on anything that wouldn’t have worked well for me. I was highly satisfied with their service and they had the lowest price in town for my screen replacement by about $10 based on research of 2 other companies.

I work here and these guys know what they are doing I'm there almost all the time and I'll make sure people are taken care of I don't want people to leave with a bad experience otherwise I'd lose business I take time to make sure everything is working and done correctly

My parents at first where hesitant to come in and ask a question because they only knew Spanish but luckily Jorge spoke Spanish and helped my parents out and figured out their issue!

The guy was very busy, i think he may have been the only one working, he told me it was going to be about 45 minutes and that he had a few ahead of me. i thought to myself no way this guy is gonna get this done in that time, not a quality job at least. I was way wrong, he had it done with minutes to spare and my screen worked better than the original in my opinion. would definitely go back but lets be honest i hope i don't need to go back.
