I don't know how to be fair with this review. I stopped in at their store twice today. The first time I was there for around 5 minute and there was no one in the building. Like they forgot to lock the doors on Friday and no one came to work today. So I came back after lunch, around 1PM, my wife and I were looking through their stuff while my daughter was running around, so we weren't being quiet. Again, no one was around and we were there for 10 to 15 minutes! What is the deal! So I looked them up on the google and called the phone number provided on their website, it went to voicemal 3 times. I then wandered around a little bit and found a lady sitting in her office on the phone. She was definitely within ear shot but never made any effort to ask us to wait until she was off the phone or anything. I am pretty disappointed as they had some pretty cool tile, but if that is how they are going to treat potential customers, I am not interested in working with you. They may be a great company, I just wouldn't know because they wouldn't talk to me or take my money. I apologize for the 3 star review, but for real, put the person on the phone on hold for 15 seconds and tell your people in the store you will be with them shortly, heck, just mute the phone and holler at me, I don't require much.
