Very clean and the staff is very friendly! All the machines work great! I like going here and will keep going here. Has a nice waiting area too.

We have used Washouse for many years and their customer service is truly phenomenal. Whenever there is an issue, it is instantly responded to and fixed. Their delivery / pick up gentleman is reliable, communicative and friendly. It's always a joy to see Eric!

Ive been coming to this Washouse for over 5 years and the service is usually pretty good, but today Monday March 25th 2024 @ about 9am it was a bit strange, I left my laundry in the car so I could run in and take a poo real quick (cigarettes & coffee), only to have a new employee knock on the door like the police and demand I leave. I told her thru the door that I had my laundry in the car and I jus needed a few more mins to exercise these poo poo demons, she continued to say something that I couldnt make out over the sounds of me bein in mid poo. When I left the restroom I inquired about why I needed to leave if I had laundry to do? she accused me of not only not having laundry to do but also not having a car at all since I walked from the far end of the parking lot, puzzled I asked how long shes been employed here? she told me 6 months, then started yelling and crying, telling me I was making her nervous and uncomfortable and that I had to leave, (remember shes literally the only 1 yelling, Im just asking questions for clarification). I returned a couple mins later with all of my laundry (which was in my car lol) and asked for her assistance with loading cash on a card, she refused and told me I had to leave again per managers orders. I told her that Im a consistent customer and that I wanted to talk to the manager also, because if me not having laundry was the issue then why refuse services to me when it turns out I actually do have laundry? Her fear of me seemed weird so I then asked her if she liked black people and her response was my best friend is black lol I literally had no words after that, I didnt say anything else until the manger arrived. The manager arrived, checked the cameras and didnt say a word to me about anything she just loaded the cash on my card and I went on with my day no apology offered or needed, whats understood aint gotta be explained. They know who they hired, I still love yall tho. Bro on the afternoon shift be playing the r&b jams!

WATCH OUT for some machines that don't run the full cycle (including pre-wash and wash cycles) for the same price as other machines. I used machine #2, paid the same $7.50 for a normal cycle on cold as I had on other machines of the same size here, and all it did was rinse and spin for 22 minutes total, instead of the usual pre-wash>wash>rinse>spin cycles that last roughly 30 minutes. So basically I paid to get my clothes wet and wash the detergent straight down the drain. Nicely decorated with neat pictures of Colorado and laundry nostalgia, and ir is kept pretty clean and is appealing and pleasant to use. Prices are a bit higher than others, but you pay for how nice and clean it is compared to others. It is nice that payments are completely card-based, so you don't have to deal with coins. I would still recommend coming here vs other locations, but just beware of the machines that wash for much less than 30 minutes on a 'normal' cycle, as you're paying full price for half the services.
