The Kratom here is top notch. In fact, this seems to be the best I’ve come across. The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and to top it off the prices are great! Botava has a new customer!

This place is awesome! I come in pretty regularly and every single time they're so pumped to talk about and sell Kratom. Their energy and vibe is just so great, I've had a good experience every single time. For the first time ever I went in because I had a problem with one of the strains I got, and I try new ones pretty often (I wanted nano but this one had all kinds of particles in it for those curious). Without any hesitation she apologized for any inconvenience and replaced the full two ounces and threw on a third at no charge. I wouldn't have been bothered if they couldn't accept the return, given that they can't resell it, but the amount of effort they put in to their quality and coustomer satisfaction is above and beyond. Seriously, give this place a try, there's a reason they have such a great rating :)
