        Just tried to get my prescription and there was a lunch sign out and lights were off. I miss when Derek was running the counter and the hours of operation meant something. I guess Ill have to come back again in this cold.

        Edited Last week, per the response, I called the customer service line after searching the site for the number. They took my info and said it would be addressed. I requested a call back. Nothing.. Unfortunately the new Manager (Camden I think) needs some serious lessons in customer service! Very disappointed!

        I hate leaving bad reviews/honestly reviews at all. I ordered driveup and go as I hate going inside grocery stores. I waited outside for an hour. I tried calling, I reached out to online support (which is useless, I took screenshots because its almost funny how unbelievable it was). Eventually I went inside the store, which defeats the whole purpose of the service, and asked a manager if my order actually existed. After an hour, my order was finally brought out without a single apology or anything. Will NEVER order this service again after this experience, Walmart does it better and Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes there, let alone an hour.
