Banner Health Clinic

I tried to get an appointment with Banner last year, when I lived in Fort Collins. My symptoms: large lump in left breast and high blood pressure. I had to cancel my appointment due to covid. Made another appointment. The day before my appointment, I was told I was banned from Banner because of my missed appointment. This delayed my diagnosis for almost a year. The (probably) preventable cancer I was later diagnosed with had become invasive. Guys. Do better. I work in the medical field myself. This is inexcusable. I can't imagine any place I've worked at turning anyone away with similar symptoms. Your decision could've cost me my life! Please change your policies and remember to treat people decently.

Kindra Davis is a very thorough and caring healthcare professional. Every time I have ever had appointments with her I have come away understanding exactly what I needed to do and how we were going to approach my healthcare. She listens and I have never felt that she was just trying to hurry up and get me out the door, and always felt like I had all of my concerns taken care of. I would recommend her and their office to anyone.
