State Fort Collins

They were nice during the tour and move in but ever since then it hasnt felt very friendly or comfortable here. But it is a very good location for CSU students.

Zorah, one of the Community Assistants, gave a group of us a great tour of the beautiful apartments. She was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the apartment complex and it's many fun amenities and special events that are held for the residents.

as someone else had said before, i wish i could leave zero stars. this place is a nightmare management wise. i paid my rent in full and after trying to evict me, my lawyer and theirs found that management misplaced the check. not to mention the vents in the unit were caked in dust upon move in and pretty much every machine in the unit had some sort of broken part. we also made multiple maintenance requests that took forever to complete or never fixed. not to mention parking is the worst. there are maybe 5 guest spots and anywhere else will have you towed. not to mention they lied to one of roommates about not having paid parking available when it clearly said in their office that there were at least 60 remaining spots. honestly, find somewhere else and save yourself from their abuse.
