I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Apsen Grove and their staff. Every experience and need we've had (whether it be a visit or a question) has been promptly answered and scheduled. They're really a place that make you and your pet feel like family!

Dr. Ash, Dr. Bobby, Andrea and the whole crew have been so amazing with us since our dog, Baxter, had a double TPLO surgery with Dr. Lineberger. Theyve been patient with all of my questions, continuously checked up on Baxter, and extremely accommodating to our crazy schedules given that we live so far outside of town. Weve been coming here for years and Ive always been so impressed with the level of care we received, and so it made me appreciate it more when we had to schedule a big surgery for Baxter. Thank you all for being such rockstars!

My options for diagnosing my cat were thoroughly explained. Testing was completed in less than an hour (at moderately higher cost than if done an an outside lab, but prevented a multi-day wait). A treatment plan was explained and I was sent home with supplies needed for at-home subcutaneous fluid administration. A tech called me the next day to check on my cat's condition.

Dr. Bobby was so kind and gave us a lot of information about our cat and the surgery she needed. All of the staff was very friendly and showed a lot of concern for our cat. We couldn't ask for a better vet. 2/6/2024. This was our 3rd visit to Aspen Grove with Dr. Bobby. Just a wellness and rabies with distemper vaccines. Everyone is so incredibly kind and you can tell they love all the animals that come in! We highly recommend this clinic for all your pet needs.

While visiting our daughter in Fort Collins for the holidays, our golden retriever, Molly, and hers, Jemma, loved chasing each other inside the house and in the fenced yard. Four days before we were to fly back to NC, we noticed Molly had a limp and was clearly in pain. My son-in-law was able to get an app't for Molly within hours. I was impressed with the kindness of the support staff, the speed with which the vet and her aide checked Molly out, and the bottle of pills they gave us to relieve Molly's pain. And who ever heard of a senior citizen discount? The icing on the cake. At the top of the bill is written "Healthy for life.Loved forever." That sums up beautifully my love for Molly, my service dog.
