Andrea is an incredibly rude and condescending person. It seems like she is perpetually disorganized and behind schedule. If you try to ask questions (not even criticism as the previous review said!), she immediately gets defensive, combative, and vindictive. Don't go here if you expect your accountant to treat you with some modicum of respect.

Andrea has a formidable ego. She takes forever to get the work completed and will repeatedly ask for information that she has already been given. If you criticize her, she WILL NOT tolerate it and leave you to find another accountant, even if it's just a few days before they are due.
