John was quick to show up for a quote, friendly, and responsive. His did a great job cleaning up and staining our pergola. His work was top notch, and his pricing was very reasonable. My family had a wonderful experience using pretty fences and decks! From the beginning to the end John was very professional and friendly. He provided us with a timely estimate, was able to schedule the job quickly, and the deck looks beautiful! John took the time to get to know our family and help us figure out exactly what our best option was. Even when he ran into some difficulty due to the way the deck had been previously stained, John was able to adapt, address the problems found, and keep things on schedule. Pretty Fences and Decks did an outstanding job on our deck and arbor. John first power washed the entire deck and then sanded it smooth and added a mildew preventative. Then he put down three coats of super deck, after replacing two of the corner boards that had rotted. He was very professional and really wanted to make sure we were pleased with all the work before he was paid. We would definitely use John again and recommend him to our friends.
