Scorching Brick Catering

We booked this company in May of ‘21 for our wedding in May ‘22. There were multiple communication errors from the beginning. We spoke to the chef/owner 10 days prior to the wedding and was reassured they would be there considering the other reviews posted after already booking them. The day of the wedding there was no communication and the company, simply, did not show. It was a headache to get our refund as well.

Scorching Brick Catering recently catered my daughter's wedding. The catering service could not have been better. Food and bar services were both provided flawlessly. Planning was done directly with the owner, Tim Keister, and he was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating of the inevitable changes required before and during the day of the event. I will highly recommend Scorching Brick Catering to anyone looking for catering service.

Scorching Brick did my baby shower catering. I worked directly with Tim the executive chef. The food was delicious. They delivered on time and set everything up , saving us so much time. The price point was more than reasonable, and the planning experience took minimal time and was very easy. I highly recommend them!

5 stars start to finish! Nothing but stellar. Chef Tim is incredible. He is communicative, responsive, personable and his food is DELICIOUS! I found him through a duck duck go search and boy am I glad I did. I found so many of the catering sites I viewed to be beautiful but difficult to get information from to see if it would suit my style and budget. Not Scorching Brick! The pdfs of sample menus and prices were perfect. They helped me narrow the options and understand that this was the place for me. Tim was super responsive, called the minute he said he would and helped set up my small Celebration of Life event with ease. He treated my small event as if it was as big and important as a wedding with hundreds of people. Payment and confirmation was a breeze too. He showed up on time and with professional displays. And I saved the best for last..... The food of course! Delicious!!! The oohs and aahs were definitely over the eggs, bacon, potatoes, sandwiches and apple bleu salad. I'd order them all again and again. Our party of 20 was so pleased! Everyone was stuffed! ...And I had lots of leftovers so his portions were more than plentiful. Tim made an event that I was originally really stressed over planning so wonderful for me. Everyone kept complimenting me for the food but all the kudos goes to him and his crew. Book Scorching Brick today! You will be so glad you did!
