I asked Jack to schedule and he said he would come out and look at the property. Then he said he wouldn't and would put it off until 2023 with no dates or scheduling. He wouldn't take my name, and the address, and wouldn't set any dates. He was irritable, disrespectful, insconsistent, and wouldn't quote prices or explain the process at all.

I requested well drilling in Alma and when he looked at my property, he just told me he wouldn't do it and hung up on me when I asked for more of an explanation.

Jack and Kim have been great to work with. Customer service has been wonderful. Both are expert at what they do. Kim helped us get our we'll permit applied for. Jack personally came out to determine well location and decuss expectations. Then they got the job done correctly the first time without issue. They do not over charge. Their rates are always good. We had them drill our we'll, set our pump, and they also provided concrete for our home build. Thank you for your services.
