        Sarah did my beloved Winston. What a wonderful job. He was so fluffy and untangled. She was very caring and compassionate with my old boy(16). He did not seem traumatized at all from his first visit to a new place.

        This place used to have a great groomer - apparently not anymore. This last time was a horrible experience that took twice as long as normal. My dog had liquid diarrhea for hours afterwards - probably from being left in a cage for more than an hour and getting completely stressed out before the grooming even started. . Note to management - when a customer who has happily used your grooming services for years, calls you upset and angry about her dogs latest grooming, you might want to take her seriously.
