To say that Kate helped us thru the mortgage process when buying our new home in a distant state would be an understatement. She was there from start to finish, answering our seemingly never ending questions (even on weekends), and helped us to get a loan that would work for us. Then we had to give up that house and we had to do it all over again... which didn't faze Kate one bit. She kept our information available which made buying our new dream house that much easier.
