Fresh Tracks Catering

Better late than never... I am a huge procrastinator and haven't gotten around to leaving my review until now, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to let everyone know that Fresh Track was an awesome caterer for our wedding last summer. We worked with Sara who helped us get our menu together; she was patient w us! and detailed and worked through all of our food options to accommodate all of our guests w/ varying diets while keeping within our budget. To the wedding day, Kelly was there working her butt off (through a downpour) to make sure everything was in place. I was anxious and she made me feel better. OH AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! When I finally got a chance to talk to friends/family after the wedding, the consensus was the food was amazing - the chicken was juicy, the greens were fresh and the service was on point. Bar service was friendly and kept up with our party-goers as well! Go with Fresh Tracks....

Fresh Tracks was absolutely AMAZING and was a hit at my wedding! From the quality of the food to the helpful staff in the office, Fresh Tracks understands the importance of your special day! Sara M was our main point of contact, and she was accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process! And on top of the great food, their staff for the big night was INCREDIBLE! They helped with a "science project" as I was trying to be creative/romantic for my wife! And our bartender, Ariel, did such an amazing job! I would highly recommend Fresh Tracks to anyone for their food, and you will not be disappointed! But you ABSOLUTELY NEED to hire them for their event staff, as they went above and beyond throughout the entire night! Thank you again Sara, Ariel, and all of Fresh Tracks!

We can't say enough great things about how amazing it was to work with Fresh Tracks Catering. Sara was so kind and helpful as our wedding vision changed multiple times due to COVID, she always had great advice as things were changing. She remained in communication with me when things got frustrating and I pushed planning to the backburner - she kept things moving in the right direction when we were feeling frustrated with the way our wedding was changing. We made a special trip to meet with Chef Dave to try some of the meal options for our wedding day to try to narrow down our menu. He prepared what we'd asked to try and added a few other recommendations. We left SO pleased and maybe slightly more torn about the menu - everything we tried was AMAZING. Beyond the amazing food, Dave shared with us things to do and places to go in the area because we were not local. Day of the wedding, I would have never known the team was there. I didn't have to do ANYTHING! After our ceremony the bartending staff had champagne ready for us and our guests enjoyed appetizers while we took photos. The team was accommodating of my special request of how our meal was served and made sure it went smoothly. After we sat down, Sara ran over with appetizers that we had missed while taking photos (our guests did not leave any for us, so we knew it was a hit) - it was so sweet of the team to recognize we hadn't gotten to enjoy the yummy starters! The meal itself was hands down amazing and all of our guests would agree. They continue to talk about how our meal was the best wedding meal they'd ever had. The bartender we had the rest of the evening was so fun - she was so friendly and fun to chat with and was incredibly talented. Our guests still talk about how cool she was. Overall, we are so pleased with our decision to work with Fresh Tracks Catering and we would recommend them time and time again. We look forward to the chance to go back to Evergreen and enjoy another of Chef Dave's amazing meals!

We hired Fresh Tracks for our wedding. The food quality was superb, the staff professional, and the cleanup was spotless. I highly recommend Fresh Tracks for a wedding or any large event.

The Fresh Tracks Crew was attentive, responsive, creative, and made catering one of the least stressful (and most looked forward to) parts of our wedding. Not only did we feel like the prices and fees were more reasonable than the alternatives we considered, but the team went above and beyond to make sure our food was a unique reflection of our cultural backgrounds and travels. We had a great time designing a one-of-a-kind menu with them, got so many unsolicited compliments on the food, and in general look forward to the opportunity one day to work with them again (holiday party, anyone?) On the day-of too, the crew was so attentive to us and so helpful. Just so so pleased and glad we found them!
