Design Skylights and Solar

We were initially very pleased with the service and work done by Mark, but within 6 months one of the nightlights in our skylight stopped working. No big deal, we thought; well just have him come out and repair it. Unfortunately weve been trying to get Mark to come out to our house since March and he has yet to schedule the repair despite multiple communications stating that hed be happy to come out and do the fix. We would do it ourselves but the battery is at the very top of the solatube over a flight of stairs. We need a professional to take care of this, but we now need to go elsewhere because of Marks unresponsiveness. Very disappointing.

Design Skylights just installed 3 new skylights for me. Mark did an excellent installation and they look really great. I shopped around and also got a personal recommendation about Design from my neighbor. Design's prices were quite reasonable and all work that might need to be done, including drywall, was covered in the estimate. I got billed exactly the estimate cost. Estimates from the other big companies all stated extra charges for anything outside of the basic installation.

Mark answered the phone on the first ring and easily expressed his knowledge of skylights, and his attention to detail and making sure his crews provide high-quality workmanship is great--something you don't see with most contractors. Highly recommend!

Sloppy work. Could list all the issues with the installation of my solar tubes but then this review would be too long. Surprised this guy is still listed online and still in business because i would have thought hed be sued into oblivion long ago.
