Had a tree that needed removal after breaking from wind. Messaged this company from their website and called the next day also and left a message. Adam called me back a couple days later and said he would swing by and take a look and then get back to me with an estimate. Since I'm close to Estes Park I thought his would be the best company to use..... Wrong! He never got back to me . 4 or 5 days later I called and left message. The next day I sent an email and message to website. Another day goes by and nothing, so I call again and email again asking him to please get back to me, even if it's to say he can't do the job. Now it's more than a week later and still nothing...... I call Summit Tree Care (Longmont) and he calls me right back. Within the week he gets me an estimate and removed the tree quickly and at a very reasonable price. If you need tree service, don't count on Adam -- call Dan @ Summit instead. He actually does what he says he will do and he saved my house from a falling tree!
