Poor management. We visited after my son's baseball game in Estes Park. They literally ran out of everything it seemed. Line was backed up. Every time somebody went up to order, the poor young girl and boy who were manning the counter would say that they had either ran out if the item, offered a substitute, and would have to walk back to the food prep area and ask if the item was available. One of the women behind me literally said, "I keep waiting for a Candid Camera to pop out any second... This is crazy!" Everyone in the line agreed. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the food was good and fresh. And the employees were actually nice and gracious. I felt bad for these young persons. Manager was outside on phone either talking or listening to music and he was smoking cigarettes. Need better management!
