I am a small business owner and know that there incidents of mechanical or labor fail however its incumbent to make any and all fails right for the customer. If there is no legitimate attempt then that is bottom line Larceny.
Situation:
Called ahead to get a truthful explanation of services provided so no ambiguity.
Asked for washing cleaning starch jeans fold wrap shirts.
Yes they claimed they do that.
Dropped off jeans and shirts.
Prepaid for the service.
Picked up clothes today.
Jeans are covered in mud - have not be washed let alone starched.
Shirts were not folded or wrapped. When asked about any of this there was no solution to the problem let alone any refund. The jeans we're $7 / pair for filthy muddy non wearable clothes.
You may think they should of been washed before drop off?
It was asked specifically at drop off, do you want us to wash them first?
The answer was a resounding NO, we will wash them.
If you do not care about quality service or that your hard earned money isn't important to you then its probably worth the chance to use this service. Otherwise DO NOT PREPAY for anything until you can inspect what you are paying for.
