I have done business with this company for a few years now. I have had several ultrasound probes repaired. The first few years were great service and timely response. However in the last year it is always taking much longer to get my probe back then stated. I have had to call them more than a few times to check on things. Most recently I had one probe that came back that I had put on the shelf and did not check due to the excellent service in the past. However, when I opened it the housing was badly damaged, possibly in shipping no way to know. They agreed to fix it at cost since they did not buy shipping insurance. I shipped it back and like the last time it took a long time to come back. I open the box and guess what? yep housing broke again. OK twice in a row...Hmm.... I do not think so. I then tested the function of the probe itself and it seems to have the same issue I sent it in for the first time. I have sent the merchant an email and called and left another voicemail with the details. I do hope to update this review with a positive outcome. I do really hope they have learned their lesson and purchase shipping insurance OR at least have some time of umbrella policy for this kind of thing. For now my advice is 1 make sure you require/demand shipping insurance when shipping medical equipment. UPDATE: The company did work with me to finally get a resolution that was acceptable. The final repair has worked very well for quite some time now.

Sent probes to be repaired. Spent thousands and when they came back they were in worse shape than when I sent them and had dropout. Completely ruined them and could not get a response and didnt even get refunded for the repair. I do not recommend them at all. Cost me thousands

Great service and quality repairs! AmeriSound Medical repaired our probe and it came back in pristine working condition.
