Magnus Anderson Hardwood Floors is Awesome! We had our kitchen and bathroom floors refinished by Magnus Anderson and they did an amazing job, we could not be happier with the results. Their staff of workers are so knowledgeable about all the servivces and products they offer. After getting several quotes we had no doubt they were who we were going with, not only were they the most reasonable but also the most knowledgeable with over 18 years experience. They showed us the many choices we could make after the floors were sanded, the different color stains and finishes available that we could choose from. We loved being able to see just how the floor would look when finished. Bob the owner and wood floor craftsman, Eric the lead estimator and general manager, and Andrew and Brian the men who did the floors were great to work with. They were very conscientious of what work was needed and they answered all of the questions we had about the products they offered and how to care for our finished floors. The floors turned out better than we could imagine, Their work has brought an incredible beautiful new finish to these old floors that we never could have imagined was possible. This company offered excellent and friendly communication and a high level of workmanship. We had some surprises along the way and Magnus Anderson rose to each occasion and addressed everything in a professional, caring manner, even managing to stay within our time frame. Solid company.
