No wonder this company has 1-star review. Other than providing bad service, they lock you in the contract. And if you move to an area they don't service, they will hit you with an early termination fee! Stay away!

While the prices look great, WOW! is not available in my neighborhood. I've even talked with people on the phone twice about that, yet they send me three solicitations per week to become a customer. One of the times I spoke with them they did a hard credit check, which stayed on my credit report, only to tell me a few minutes later that they can't provide service to my area. If anyone from WOW! reads these, please quit sending me your solicitations when I can't use your service and don't do hard credit checks without verifying service is available.

Bill went up over $70 for 90 year old parents on SS. With inflation thru the roof and they don't give a damn about our seniors expect a damn profit. Phones kept going out, tv channels kept freezing. Not sure what to do but I think their equipment will be on the porch soon and they can pick it up!

Absolutely terrible internet provider. Dial-up was more reliable than WOW's broadband offerings.
