        I hired Kind to do popcorn removal on my home. The big areas look great, but where they were lacking was attention to detail. They failed to remove any of our ceiling light fixtures, just went around them. They failed to finish touching up one room with paint, and a bit of the work around the edges was very sloppy. For the price, I expected more.

        Tom and the Kind Home Solutions team were incredible during our roof project. We originally contracted them to paint our siding as well but had to remove that portion as we ended up re-siding our house completely after speaking with our insurance company. Despite that, Tom helped with the entire insurance process as it was my first time working with USAA on several different projects. He helped me understand the process and his team did a great job roofing our home. I highly recommend Kind Home as they truly are insurance and roofing experts!
