Really great staff! Had to print a document last minute and was able to just Email it. I let the girl know that I was coming in 10-15 minutes, by the time I got there my stuff was ready at the checkout!!!! Super friendly! Will definitely be back! Black-and-white copies seem to be cheaper than FedEx

Not very busy currently. Makes social distancing easier. Sufficiently staffed.

Maybe I have just had bad luck at this location, but every time I go there, they are low on markers, especially the paint markers near the front of the store. Service has been helpful and courteous on a couple of occasions, but generally, I don't see much staff on the sales floor which makes it difficult to find needed help. On the occasions that I have gotten help, I am usually treated as an annoyance. But, I will give it two stars for location in downtown Englewood.

Came here to buy a desk today. The guy at the checkout counter said he would either help us or call someone else to help us. We sat and waited for him for over 15 minutes while he flirted with the same customer for that same 15 minutes. Annoyed I walked around the whole store hoping to find someone else to help me and there was no one. Ended up just walking out with out even buying the desk because I was so disappointed. Just poor customer service.
