Integrity First Insurance

Horrible customer service...absolutely horrible.  And their premiums are high as well. My agent, Heather Youngs, would never return a call or email. After 2 yrs of this treatment I decided to canceled and move my 3 policies elsewhere. But I'm still waiting on my "agent" or anyone at Integrity to confirm the cancellations and to let me know the status of my refund. Horrible customer service.

I am so impressed with Integrity First Insurance. The agent, Kyle Lahey, spent hours researching the best plan for my home and vehicle. He answered questions, always responded quickly when I tried to contact him, and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I highly recommend this agent as well as this company.

Heather has been a great help! I have everything insured through Integrity First and I'm saving a ton of money with better coverage than I've ever had. Thank you! Edited to say, since I can't submit another review, Heather wins again! Facing a $1000+ increase (without claims or changes!) at renewal, Heather got us in a new policy and SAVED us money from the previous year. This is why you use an insurance broker!

Emailed on a Friday to have my insurance rates shopped around and received an email back same day that Trudy would look into it and get back the next week with information. True to her word she shopped around found that I had the better pricing with my current provider, but was able to credit my account as my vehicle usage had changed. She was also able to quote an estimate on a vehicle I was looking to buy. Always a breeze and pleasure to work with Integrity First Insurance. Totally recommend as an Insurance Brokerage company!
