Refreshing and impressive staff. I had a lumbar fusion and felt very well taken care of from prep to release. Dr Prusmack, David Whatmore, Dr McCormack and their entire staff couldn’t have been more clear describing prep and surgery, and chatting with me as a person/customer, rather than an anxious patient with a numbered wrist band. Had surgery on my foot. All team members at dry creek were amazing, kind, attentive and professional. Facility has a warm home feeling unlike a hospital that is cold and scary. Thank you all at Dry Creek and Dr. House for taking such good care of me. Also, I appreciate the follow up phone call from Dry Creek checking on me this morning. They strive for 5 stars and they definitely deserve the 5. Thanks again.

While I truly respect our nurses and the work they do, today I chose to give one of your own a low mark because of her rude mouth. Remember this: no one pays for your personal opinions. We pay you because of your talents. Your mouth today added stress to a young man undergoing a major back surgery. You represent yourself and your employer with classless conduct. You are a disrespect to your colleagues as well. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Thank you nurse Nikki and nurse Isaiah! I cant believe I was a 10 out of ten in pain when I arrived and left the surgery center with a 2. From My amazing orthopedic Dr Shen to the entire team, Thank you!!!

My daughter had surgery at this center 10 days ago. The staff starting with the front office ladies to the all the nurses and other medical staff were so gracious and knowledgable from start to finish. When it's your child no matter what is being done or where you are having it done you want to feel that they are in the best of hands. The Dry Creek Surgery Center was the best. Special thank you to Bren and Maggie!
