        Worst customer service ever. There is no excuse to ever exist that would justify treating another human that cruelly. It's dehumanizing. Also, don't treat me like my question is stupid: either put the answer on your website or be kind and remember that the person across the line from you doesn't do your job every day so they don't know all of the intricate answers. I never write reviews, but I'm writing this one because it was that bad and people need to know. Obviously this is a common problem, given these reviews, so Arrow needs to step it up.

        If you are reading this and you already placed an order i hope you paid with paypal, if so open a dispute now. They wont ship anything even if they said parts were in stock, so stop waiting if you want to get stuff done. If you have not placed an order yet, go somewhere else!
