Contracted through Home Depot to measure and install 2 blinds. Our blinds were delivered 3 weeks ago and we can’t get LEC to finish the job. Tried multiple times to contact and they don’t have the curtesy to return a call. Very poor service!

I ordered my blinds from Home Depot, whom subcontracts to LEC for the installation process.
In total, it took 11 weeks to completion and two sets of blinds (the first batch were the wrong sizes).
A major part was that the installer gave me installation dates 4 weeks out from when I had received the blinds. And when I called LEC, they told me the installers dictate their own schedule and there was nothing I could do. So no one oversees YOUR employees? I call BS.
The office person even had the audacity to tell me that if I had called them earlier, I might have had more options. To which I responded that I did, three times. And I left voicemails two times.
Disappointed in Home Depot for subcontracting with LEC in the first place
P.S. the master blinds were installed slightly uneven, with a 1" gap on the right side.
