This is what CTS states on their website: "No other IT firm can touch our fast response time, range of experience, quality customer service, or our ability to deliver technology solutions that work exactly the way you want them to." This couldn't be more true. This is my fourth IT management company in 3 years and they are knocking it out of the park after 6 months of service. If you are struggling, try them out...they are very good at what they do and deliver on the whole package. A++

We have been with CTS for about 3 years now. They have been nothing short of exceptional. They have great communication, very thorough and their customer service bar none. They are always so quick to remote in and fix problems when they arise. I also love their core values: they are truly the only one in the industry that is focused on the customer. Many of the companies we have used in the past were so focused on nickel and diming us but not them. I love them so much that even being in Seattle I would still use this fantastic Denver based company than anyone else in my own state. Thank you CTS for all that you do, you truly care, and that can only be felt by the people you provide this wonderful care to. Always a raving fan because of you and your team.

Complete Technology Solutions is awesome! We have 4 pediatric dentistry / orthodontic sites and CTS manages all of them. Their service is prompt, professional and highly skilled. We have been with CTS for several years now and the thing I appreciate the most (and probably take for granted at this point) is how well they understand our network. We have imaging software, network security, CBCT, PMS, movie players, VOIP phone, and numerous third party vendors tapping into our system. Yet, CTS is smart enough to manage them all. It took very little time for them to learn our system and now little time is wasted to put out fires and keep everything current. We used to waste so much time and money with our previous IT company. Not anymore. And, when we crunched the numbers, CTS is actually more cost effective than our previous company and any others I researched. However, the bulk of what CTS does for us doesn't even appear on the score sheet. They are constantly monitoring and updating our servers, security, work stations, and back-ups without us even knowing. If you are a multi site practice or a solo practice, I have to say, CTS is absolutely the best!
