No one picks up the phone and no one calls back. I’ve been having issues scheduling my CNOR examination. Tried calling but no one picks up nor call back

The first time they failed me, I had studied for three months for a certification exam and signed up to test - and remotely there was supposed to be a proctor as Covid had shut down in person testing. checked in, did a scan of the room, proved there was nothing up my sleeve, showed them my glasses - all the doors closed and ready for a 4 hour exam... and the proctor never showed up. I waited an hour, and they didnt show up. no one was directly available to help or troubleshoot... and CCI counted this as an attempt. I NEVER saw a question or entered the testing space. whatever CCI strike one. Then, re-register for a LIVE review course (webinar) online to attempt to take this exam again, and they gave everyone three start times, all which apparently were wrong. One by the presenter, and two (different) times on the same 'resource' page. signed on early and wasn't let in. Kept trying and nothing. Finally two hours later the presenter allowed me in but i missed two hours out of 6 and feel behind already. Strike two. It's been more than a year since things have pivoted to online learning, and it's unimaginable that CCI couldnt take the time to perfect this 14 months into the pandemic. They continue to take money, but havent seemed to learn from their mistakes. Personally, i would skip them completely if you could for professional development until they can do in person again, as it seems that 14 months in their content has not improved. Their customer service was responsive but with no immediate action (the second attempt of my exam would be with the same proctor service, and i would have to carve out another chunk of time to do this....) but really what i can never get back is my time. If your employer wants to spend the money on you getting cert from them sure, take it and take your chances, but really, skip this place as of right now, their content feels more like a money grab than anything else. i hope this helps.

I ordered a study guide ( 2/21/20) from CC Institute company and never received the $75 book. When I placed my order , ( address was correct ) it did not contain a tracking number. I could never get in touch with someone on the phone - only after I repeatedly emailed them - did they respond. I eventually ordered the Pass CNOR! study guide by Phillips through Amazon, which arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Skip CC Institute’s study materials , order from Amazon, who is more reliable , and save yourself the headache. Judging from the other reviews, I’m not the only one who has experienced poor customer service from CC Institute.

I’m very disappointed in the customer service and communication with this company. I purchased a study guide that was supposed to be delivered with in 10 business days. After 3 weeks, 2 phone calls and an email my book is supposed to be delivered nearly a month after it was purchased. I have a 3 month test window and have lost valuable study time due to their supply problem. If the book hadn’t already been shipped, I probably would have canceled my order and requested a refund.
