An absolutely horrible experience. I rented a truck from Enterprise through my company which is a nonprofit organization. They charged sales tax even though I told them that I was tax-exempt and tried to show them my tax exempt certificate. They told me they didn't want to see it. I have been trying for weeks to get someone on the phone to talk to me about how to get my money back. The branch manager, Reed, just keeps telling me that the computer system isn't set up to do this. I also spoke to the district manager, Megan, who told me that I have to file a claim for refund from the state for the taxes that Enterprise illegally took from me.

Today I had the most wonderful and polite young man by the name of Sam from Enterprise come pick me up at my home and take me to their location where I was given several options of what kind of car I wanted to rent while my car was being repaired. Plus it was so quick and easy that I was out of there in about 10 minutes! Sam was extremely polite, well spoken and a very handsome young man that was a "complete breath of fresh air"! Sam's outstanding customer service is exactly one of the many reasons I always use Enterprise! Never once have I ever been dissatisfied or unhappy with Enterprise or their staff! Great Job!
