Disappointed. First I will say that like the other reviewers I agree the guys were very friendly and helpful in picking out exactly what I wanted, I was like a kid at Christmas, but the honeymoon was short-lived. I ordered a fireplace and grills 6 months ago with an 8-10 week expected delivery. The fireplace showed up on time but was damaged and parts were missing. I was given some of the parts and but not all and only one guy can apparently help get the rest but catching him and getting the right thing is tough. As for the grills, 6 months and waiting...was told maybe in a few weeks but have been hearing that since early June. No offers to get the replacement parts installed, no offers to discount for being wildly off on ETA, nothing to try to make it right. Just more of the same "we'll call you..." Long story short, 6 months and no product and the one that did show still isn't functioning.
