We used John Baker Sales (Aurora, Colorado) to install our paint booth. John and his team provided exceptional support from the initial meeting through the final inspection. They walked with us through the entire process and at times did much of the heavy lifting. They made sure our booth arrived according to schedule and was installed properly. They are still available months later for support. They are an outstanding company providing stellar customer service.

purchased two booths in may of 23 , a normal sized booth and a very large truck booth. The large truck booth will not run longer than a week or so before it won't operate, we call equipment solutions and they get around to sending the tech out and he does get it started , but never fixes the problem .I have spoken with a manager at Gamrat about this , and was told that by him he would look into it and get back with me, of course i never got that return call. This is absolutely insane; they have put new control panel on in hopes of fixing the issue (also when it rained, rainwater poured into this control panel because they did not seal the roof well enough above the control unit) they have put new breakers in because they have been tripped so many times they have been weakened. they have eliminated the soft start thinking that was the issue, but that didn't fix anything, we have requested that the soft start be reinstalled, but that has been done. At this point i would strongly urge anyone considering a new spray booth to stay away from Gamrat .It is amazing at the lack of concern Garmat is showing to resolve this issue. We had far less issues with our booth we replaced that was 30 years old than what we are experiencing with this new booth.

RWC International Ltd., the International brand commmercial truck dealership in Arizona, contracted with Joe Varley, the Garmat dealer in Arizona, to build us a commercial truck spray booth. The installation was behind the promised schedule. It was very difficult to coordinate construction between Joe and our general contractor. We opened for business in our new location with our new Garmat paint booth on October 29. The booth has not operated properly since day one. There are several installation problems that have yet to be addressed. Customer service has been very poor. The Garmat product is not at fault, but the customer support is some of the worst I have experienced. We bought the Garmat product in large part based upon how Joe Varley sold us on customer service. I would hesitate to do business with Joe Varley again.
