I can't say enough about Brandon and Kara! They recently helped my husband and I with our first home purchase and we could not be more happy with the experience! Brandon was our main point of contact and walked us through the whole process and went the extra mile to ensure that not only were we getting what WE wanted, but that our investment was protected. He was quick to respond to any and all questions that we had and made sure that we understood all the in and outs of home buying. He was never pushy or "salesy", but always informative and helpful. I really cannot say enough about Brandon. My husband and I decided to buy a house in the summer. We had some difficulties at best. Brandon was there to walk us through the whole process, making sure we were informed and helped us make good decisions because of his extensive knowledge of castle rock and the real estate market. He recommended a great loan officer and together in spite of everything we found the right house that we absolutely are in love with. In the end after our inspection and the concessions, one of the agreed upon repairs was completed incorrectly, causing a failure that should've been fixed to begin with. On day two of our homeownership Brandon stepped in and paid for the entire repair without question. It was unexpected and really awesome. Would recommend over and over again. He's very responsive, very smart and never makes you wait. Always on time.
