Returned cpap supplies and kept getting billed. Dominic at the local office said he fired the incompetent employees and would take care of it. This has been going on for a year now. Still getting bills and local office does nothing. National office is no help. Horrible customer service. I will never use this company. I get my cpap supplies on Amazon and it’s much cheaper.

We were on vacation and my husband had forgotten the seal on his CPAP. He was experiencing significant problem sleeping. We were desperate for help and were referred to Lincare in Durango. They had recently relocated so it was a little difficult finding them. But, once we located their office, they had us on our way very quickly with the parts we needed. It saved our vacation! So grateful for the friendly, helpful staff.

This is the absolute worst oxygen company around. Horrible customer service in the local office! They completely close for lunch yet NEVER tell you this when you are making arrangements to pick items up then they deliver totally inferior machines and equipment. Our local home health was appalled when they came out and saw the equipment that had been brought to us. They wrote a new rx and told us to NEVER use this company again. After all that, we could hardly get them to come pick up their junky machines!!! I made appointments, they were over an hour late without any call to us. I called the office again and they told me he would be here any minute yet he NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP!!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR QUALITY OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
