Extremely rude, uncaring and unprofessional service from both the receptionist and the tech who did my mammogram. A patient's right to be treated with dignity and respect was clearly not a priority for either of them. Neither of them appeared to be enjoying their job. The tech disregarded my feedback when I told her I pulled a muscle in my back and a position at the machine was giving me discomfort. Her snippy feedback was, "If you want a mammogram, this is it." I was the first appointment of the day and when the receptionist came to unlock the door for me she didn't even greet me and acted as if it was an inconvenience for her to get out of her chair to let me in. Appointment date and time: 7:10 a.m. May 31st 2023

I love the staff that actually do the procedures! They are always super sweet! The receptionist however, scares the hell out of me. Very abrasive the way she talks to you like we arent supposed to be there. I had a 12:40 appointment and was there at 12:30 (everyone at lunch). Finally at 12:40 decided to use restroom and ran into receptionist and was talked to like I had no business being there! Itd be nice to be greeted by name! The office knows Im coming!

Upon entering for my mother's appointment. The receptionist looked at my 2(under 2) children and I like we were lower class than herself. While waiting In the waiting room another patient asked to reschedule. Same receptionist interrupted her and asked her wait. With the same attitude asked her to call I'm to.reschedule. After typing something into the computer she came over and told me to wait in the lobby if my children were going to be playing media. I guess single mothers don't need breast treatment. Very disappointed. My mom wasn't able to get her appointment. They don't tell you to expect a long wait

Oh my God. Worst experience EVER. Technologist did not have mask over her nose. I politely asked her once she only SLIGHTLY adjusted it. I signaled again, as she tried to stand in the small changing with me, I signaled again. She was asking questions that are in my chart an no technologist has ever asked me before, then she got snippy and left me to disrobe. Then we went into imaging room and her mask STILL dangled beneath her nostrils. I again NICELY asked " My husband is a recent cancer survivor, can you please put your mask above your beautiful nose?" ( I was trying to keep it light and friendly. )She got very angry. and I reminded her that Mercy recently had an OUTBREAK with 12 people testing positive with Corona Delta. She said she had nothing to do with that.I asked for a different technologist and the name of the director. She left with a very angry attitude. Needless to say, I am shocked, disappointed and angry. If I had ANY alternative, I would go elsewhere . But this Mercy facility is the only one in Durango Colorado . I would give negative rating if possible.
