My dental office started working with Dr. Tomczak and Hope and the rest of the office over 3 years ago. I had been referred by a couple of dental school friends. I was reluctant at first to work with a consultant. My fears were that it was too expensive, too time consuming, they would change the way I practice or encourage me to do things I thought were unethical. As I look at my practice now vs. where I was 3 years ago, there is no question it was worth it and I'm very grateful for the things I learned by working with their office. They did a lot to improve our office systems and the way that we communicate with each other and with patients. Hope was very patient with me as I slowly learned how to be a better communicator. We worked with Dr. Tomczak for many years. Our practice had reached a plateau after about seven years, and we weren't sure how to move forward. Dr. Tomczak was a hand's on teacher. We spent many hours on the phone as he taught us to reach our patients on a different level. Our practice began to grow again and has continued to grow to this day. We still use many of the techniques and follow up systems he taught us and we continue to have our "best month's ever!" Being in practice for 21 years now, I don't think we beat that! It just keeps getting better.
