Made an appointment with staff over the phone for car tinting. I was given a price and timeframe of how Kong it would take. Showed up and the address had a different business name on the door. Called the number, same staff member answered. I told him I had an appointment and he said ‘hold on’ and hung up the phone. Very sketchy. Probably an illegitimate business.

Took my Ram did a great job on my windows. They were really professional, fast and at a great price. Definitely recommend!

Tint came out great but they created over $900 in body damages to my car due to carelessness. Luckily my insurance accepted the claim. Still, made a $220 tint job a $470 service....
Very disappointed. Owner claimed he would meet me half way, which I was fine with - but has been unresponsive.
Would not recommend. Very sketchy. This isn't even their actual location. They make you go somewhere else. Not a good experience.
Editing review on June 19th per owners reply: It's been over 2 weeks later now and I still haven't heard from you? You ghosted me after I sent you further information to at least meet me half way. You left me no choice to leave this review after you ghosted me.
