Alex is great, not only did he show up on time but was very professional, very detailed and knowledgeable about what he was offering us and had an answer for every question we had. Not only were we sold with Champions products but really looking forward to the install day.

Our rep Justin was excellent walking us through the process. He provided relevant information to help us make a decision, answered all questions, and put no pressure on the sale so we could make the best choice for our house. The service from champion is super competitive compared to other options and their customer experience has been great too.

I had 3 companies come in to provide estimates for my 28 window job replacement. Johnny Noonan was the lucky guy to hear my 2 prior horror stories of other companies' installations and is extremely excited about providing the BEST product and service for me to make up for the prior experiences. He has been with Champion for quite some time and in the industry 15 years. He knows the product, how it's made, the benefits and he LISTENED to me. He knew what I wanted, what I didn't and how I would evaluate the bids. When you're spending A LOT of money, you want quality products, great installers and a promise for the future. Johnny Noonan showed up for our appointment on time. He was very professional and personable and made this experience better then a previous appointment with another manufacturer. We were upfront with him about some issues we had with the last appointment and he reassured us that this would be a better meeting and it definitely was. He told us a little about Champion and showed us their product and was very knowledgeable about the products. We walked around the house and we explained what were were needing and some expectations we had and he answered all of our questions. We discussed prices and options and ultimately made a deal and are now in the process of getting new windows and a sliding door. I would definitely recommend calling and scheduling a quote from Champion and ask for Johnny Noonan. Services: Window installation, General door installation
