When I decided to replace the window in my dining area with a sliding glass door, I knew I wanted the quality that I could expect from Pella. Dave O’Berto, Pella’s consultant, made the the process of designing the door with the features that were important to me an easy and enjoyable exercise. The installation team of Ryan and Kevin from Krafted Homes was professional, skilled, and respectful. I needed a rotting door replaced. They were quick to respond and communication back and forth was easy and smooth. I worked with Chris, and he was very easy to talk with and helped me get the right door at an affordable transparent price. I really appreciated that he just helped me with what I needed and didn't lay on the pressure to do more like some other companies I got bids from did. Recently we discovered we needed to replace 10 windows and our triple wide sliding glass door, as they were starting to fail on us. We reached out to Pella of Denver and had an amazing experience with David O'Berto. He arrived promptly, was always professional, walked us through the entire process, and even showed us why our previous windows failed. Through the whole process David was honest, a quality that is hard to find these days, as most sales people are pushy and dishonest to make their sales. Having to buy new windows is not an overly glamorous or exciting experience, but with David's help it was as easy and painless as possible. We purchased new Pella doors over the last 8 months, and Dave O’Berto provided design and consulting services on both occasions. He is very knowledgeable about Pella products and was able to provide several solutions that met our needs for new doors. We now have a beautiful front door, and recently placed an order to replace our sliding patio doors with French doors. Dave was very responsive and professional throughout both transactions. He listened to our needs and then worked with us to configure and visualize the new doors. Dave is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him! Service: Door installation
